One published ladder. A lower rate as the organisation grows.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and shown exclusive of GST. The annual subscription is based on the named tier, not a retroactive per-user calculation between tiers. Current new-customer intake begins at 50 users.

The platform has published 5, 10 and 25-user tiers, but current new-customer intake is focused on organisations with 50 or more users. The smaller tiers remain part of the long-term pricing ladder.
What happens between published tiers?+
Customers are priced according to the user tier they fall into. We will confirm the applicable tier and growth assumptions in the proposal.
Is implementation included?+
No. Process design, configuration, migration, training, integration and deployment services are scoped separately because the work differs materially by customer.
Is AI usage included?+
The commercial design distinguishes the Zoe platform subscription from variable AI provider usage and unusually high automation volume.
